After receiving the deposit payment, SAP will pay for your Mandarin classes and mail an invitation letter for Chinese visa application.  consulates.

Once Au Pairs receive their visa invitation letter, they can apply for visas at local Chinese embassies or consulates.

Contact the Local coordinator and fill out the program application form. Determine the desired time and duration of participation in the program. Attend a video interview for program admission. Create a self-introduction video to attract host familiy；

 If there is a host family willing to host you, the coordinator will provide you with detailed information about the family.

Step 2

 If both parties are interested, the coordinator will arrange a video interview and exchange contact information. During a 3-5 day observation period, try to communicate any questions or concerns you may have. Successful interviews from both sides will lead to signing agreements for an Au Pair cultural exchange program and a family Au Pair program agreement respectively.

Step 3

Au Pairs should pay their deposit and prepare necessary documents including health certificates, criminal record checks, educational certificates, and passport. 

Step 4

After obtaining their visas, Au Pairs should communicate their arrival time with coordinators and purchase flight tickets while preparing for departure.
